The coaches had a great time working with the kids this week at camp. We hope it was a great experience for your daughter as well. We will be having our second session during the week of June 28-July 1st. Players who attended the first session will receive a $20 discount. Feel free to spead the word to friends and neighbors to let them know about the camp.

Thanks very much for the support you showed to the varsity team at our game Saturday. It was great to see so many girls there wearing red and making the signs and banners was greatly appreciated by the players, coaches, and parents.

May 7th Dear Parents and Players of Red Team, As you are aware by now the next Varsity Girls play-off game is tomorrow (Saturday) at 5:30 at Milton Stadium (or as Coach Godby calls it, “The Eagles Nest!”). Thank you to Mrs. Lech for her offer to share her expertise in “banner making”. Please plan to arrive at 4:00 in the parking lot outside the stadium entrance; we will make the banner in the parking lot and then we will go inside the stadium and eat pizza. It would be a great help if we can plan ahead for the pizza and drinks, so please RSVP to this email. Additionally, we would like some help with dessert: if 4 players can bring one dozen cookies or brownies that would be great! Please include in your RSVP if you are sending in a dessert. Thanks! Coach Brooks and Coach Hoffman ======================================================== May 5th Announcements: If you are like Coach Hoffman and I and going through lax withdrawal, Girls Varsity will be playing in the first round of play-offs today at the Milton Stadium at 5:30. Banner Making Party for all Feeder Teams this Saturday at the Stadium! Bring your artistic talent and help make a banner for the Girls Varsity 2nd Round Play-Off game. Pizza will be served and then you can stay and make lots of noise as we cheer our Milton girls to victory over Northview! The game will likely be scheduled for 5:00 or 6:00; specific details to follow as soon as they are announced to Coach Godby. Look out for RSVP information in an upcoming email. Information regarding uniform collection will be announced in an upcoming email. |

This is the 3rd year Milton will be hosting this fun and exciting weekend of terrific lacrosse.
Milton’s Varsity Girls and Boys teams will be playing some of the best teams in the southeast (from NJ – Alabama).
The Legacy Lacrosse Cup committee will be meeting next week and will make us aware of MANY volunteer opportunities for all of the feeder parents. Thank you to those who have already mentioned your desire to help!!

What a great season we had in 2009! We had seven teams (U9-U15) this year as well as 2 high school teams. Both of our U13 teams and U15 teams made it to the championships. Milton came in 1st and 2nd in both divisions!
Our Fall Ball season is over. Fall Ball runs from September-November. Look for more information on Fall Ball in the summer.
